Kung Fu Wax's 3rd release comes in the form of 3 superb slabs of martial arts musical madness.

Punching it's way into side A is the massive "In Control" by Vicious Circle's wonderboy Ben Stevens and Kung Fu's Rodi Style. This track encompasses it all with a moody break you might remember from a popular movie building hauntingly with a melodic riff that builds up until it's full peak before blindsiding you with a completely different main hook. Complete with a bass change that accompanies the two peak synths, this track has been doing the damage across dancefloors for some time by the big players.

Backflipping over to the other side is a name you will come to recognize over the next few months. Dave Curtis brings us his excellent track "Snapshot" engineered by the great Nick Sentience. What a track this is, Dave has really shown his ninja skills with some cleverly styled breakbeats, stabs and scratch sounds. The slowly filtered in main riff helps drive this track to a momentum building conclusion.

What's a 3rd release for Kung Fu Wax without an added bonus of a 3rd track? Filling the last grooves of the vinyl "Oh Yeah" by the talented Riggsy along with FKM & Sonik. Hammering all the way through with a driving no nonsense direction into a crafty breakbeat before exploding into some heavy and dark synthwork, these guys show they mean business. Solid package rounded off by these rising stars.

A. Ben Stevens & Rodi Style - In Control
B. Dave Curtis - Snapshot
B2. FKM, Sonik & Riggsy - Oh Yeah

Kung Fu Wax's 2nd release comes from some of Hard House's finest producers.

The A side offering is from Ireland's Karl Davis and the legend that is Dom Sweeten aka Defective Audio. "Big Rich the Needle Pusher" is a chunky nugget of hard house material filled with oldschool stabs and vocal fills. A filtering frenzy of nasty synths litter the track with a memorable vocal. This track hits harder than a charged up super fireball.

Complimenting the punishing A side is the massive "Chaos Theory" from Vicious Circle's Ben Stevens and newly signed Tidy addition Rodi Style. Look no further if u want a pounding bassline and hair tearing synths. Teasing only slightly with the possibility of a groovey bassline, this track immediately hits u hard like an unsuspecting pie to the face. You'll be striking terror into the dancefloor with this bomb!

A. Karl Davis & Defective Audio - Big Rich the Needle Pusher
B. Ben Stevens & Rodi Style - Chaos Theory

Mixmag Review
"“Hotly-tipped Rodi Style issues the second 12” on his Kung Fu Wax imprint comprising two hard house monsters.  “Chaos Theory” is a menacing, intoxicating track which sucks you into it’s long breakdown, then knocks you sideways with a dramatic climax.  Karl Davis and Defective Audio also get in on the action with the oddly-titled NRG cut “Big Rich The Needle Pusher” on the flip.”

Butcher Boy (Omega 3) review
Karl Davis & Defective Audio's "Big Rich the Needle Pusher" reminds me of the old hard house I used to know and love, but with a much smarter and updated sound. A dirty groove to the track perfect for the start of any set, it will get the attention it deserves on the dance floor thats for sure. With great use of vocals and clever effects, and the fierce bassline just keeps you on your toes. The track builds strongly with percussive sounding stabs, after the break the main lead kicks and all you wont is more, more, more. This tune just has something about it that i cant get enough of, its my favorite of the two, this track rocks.

On the b-side we have Rodi Style & Ben Stevens "Chaos Theory" this is certainly not for the start of the set, this bad boy is packed full of punch, and the bass would blow a hole in most dance floors. It rise's the roof with energetic and melodic main riff. These guys are no amateurs and the track they have produced is nothing less than top notch. Over all Kung Fu Wax 02 is a very solid release which has two tracks for both ends of a set, a must buy for any Hard House dj!

Kung Fu Wax's first release see's label boss Rodi Style take the reigns for a massive 3 tracker.

"Jump" is an uplifting energy fueled monster with a melodic riff teasing until a roaring main riff filled with dirt and other grimey materials. Backed by a rapid bassline and a sneaky vocal melody makes this track a peak time floor filler.

"Let Go" is a grittier hard house track with it's no nonsense riff and fx stabs. Urging the listener to "just let go", this track will render the dancefloor unconscious with it's hard hitting melody.

"K.I.C.K.A.S.S. that's the way we spell success" is the motto of "Spelling Bee". A groovy bassline thumps in the background as an entire cheerleading squad carries the track. The main lead consists of a quirky hoover and the listener is treated to a filtered funk stab throughout the track. A worthy item in a kung fu master's arsenal.

A. Rodi Style - Jump
B. Rodi Style - Let Go
B2. Rodi Style - Spelling Bee
